Italian artist and sculptor Giuseppe Rumerio handcrafts realistic sculptures of animals and intricate scenes depicting various beasts hunting or playing , all carved in wood. With over 30 years experience, he manages to bring his wooden creatures to life infusing them with a sense of movement and accurately anatomical features.

Giuseppe lives and works in Ortisei in Val Gardena, a village in the dolomites mountains, famous for its ornate wood carvings, where wood craftsmanship is an age-old tradition.
