French artist Noémie Goudal has created a series of black and white photographs depicting imagined buildings in barren landscapes, entitled “Observatories”.
Noémie’s geometrical structures look like realistic architectural formations but they don’t really exist. Actually, her monolithic structures were inspired by the observatories of Jantar Mantar in Jaipur, India and constructed from paper and cardstock by herself.
