Nikola Čuljić is a self-taught Serbian artist actively drawing for less than three years. With some amazing skills, he composes mind-bending 3D drawings on paper wich can be easily mistaken for real things.
Čuljić started drawing portraits but found it too hard, so he decided to try something different, and begun drawing 3D objects on paper ‘to confuse people’.
Finding inspiration everywhere and using colored pencils, markers, pastel and a sheet of paper, Nikola creates stunning optical illusions, his subjects looking like real objects placed on the page.
