Mark Thompson is a British artist currently based in Götenburg.
His sombre but captivating paintings depict desolate cityscapes and sceneries which appear to be post-apocalyptic scenes from the future.
In his paintings, Thompson actually seeks to illustrate ‘a version of the world seen through the isolation of his personal memories’.
